We can’t wait to welcome you into our candle-making studio for a beautiful, joy-filled experience. Please review the following safety and liability terms before attending your session. Your booking confirms your agreement.

Participation Disclaimer
By participating in a Babe Luxe Bar workshop or experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Hot Wax & Materials
I understand that this workshop includes the use of hot wax, fragrance oils, and glass containers, which may carry a risk of injury or allergic reaction. I agree to participate responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided by the Babe Luxe Bar staff.

Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this experience, including but not limited to burns, spills, slips, and allergic reactions to fragrance or ingredients.

Personal Conduct
I agree to behave respectfully and safely while in the studio. I understand that any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Alcohol Consumption (If Applicable)
If alcohol is served or included, I confirm that I am 21 or older and understand that I am responsible for my own consumption. Babe Luxe Bar is not liable for any outcomes related to alcohol use before, during, or after the event.

Liability Release
I release Babe Luxe Bar, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries, illness, or damages that may arise during or after participation in the event.

Damage & Belongings
I am responsible for any damages I cause to the studio, supplies, or shared space, and I understand Babe Luxe Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Confirmation
By completing a booking or checking the required waiver box during checkout, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all the terms outlined in this waiver.
