Babe Luxe Event Space Rental Policy

Thank you for considering Babe Luxe for your special event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the rental policy below.

Rental Overview

Base rental rate: $125 per hour
Minimum rental time: 3 hours

Your rental includes:

  • Use of the main venue space

  • Use of the back area / mock kitchen (fridge + microwave; no sink)

  • Ability to bring your own food and drinks and use the provided serving setup

Please note:

  • The space rental does not include food or drinks.

  • Cooking in the space is not allowed.

Setup & Cleanup

  • Standard use includes 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your scheduled rental for setup and cleanup.

  • Additional time beyond this will be billed at $75 per hour (or $125/hr if you prefer the full rental rate).

  • All guests are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.

Overage / Extra Time

  • Any time beyond your booked hours will be billed at $125 per hour, ensuring your event stays on schedule.

Optional Experiences / Add-Ons

  • Guests may choose to add candle or perfume/cologne workshops to their rental.

  • These experiences include guided activities, materials, and food/drinks.

  • Space rental is separate from these experiences and must be booked independently.

Who the Space is For

Babe Lux is designed for intimate, intentional gatherings, including:

  • Bridal or engagement moments

  • Birthday celebrations

  • Vision-setting experiences

  • Workshops

  • Small group experiences or celebrations

Booking & Payment

  • A full invoice is required to secure your booking.

  • For rentals longer than 3 hours, deposits may be requested to confirm the reservation.

  • All payments must be completed prior to your event.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline any booking that does not align with our space’s intended use.

  • Please be respectful of the space and neighbors — loud or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

  • Any damage or excessive cleanup required will be billed accordingly.
