Permission to Exhale wasn’t created because I wanted to host a retreat.
It was born from a season of my own life when I learned how easy it is to lose yourself while continuing to show up for everyone else.
I know what it feels like to carry responsibilities, disappointments, unanswered questions, and silent battles while still trying to smile through it all.
That’s why I created this experience.
Not to give women another event to attend—but to create a space where they can pause, breathe deeply, reconnect with themselves, and experience the peace that God still has for them.
